As I breathe in and out, I become aware of the *rhythm of life*—this inhaling and exhaling, expanding and contracting, mirroring the Sun’s delicate balance between *gravitational pull* and *energy radiation*. This balance—this light—sustains all life on Earth.

The Sun’s cycle of *hydrogen fusion* echoes the Universe’s own eternal rhythm of *expansion and contraction*, of *creation and return*.

Then I’d pause to reflect on the trees, the rivers, the sky, and the Sun—a tapestry of interconnected existence. This fleeting moment of being alive feels tied to everything, from the smallest grain of sand to the vast cosmos beyond. Within *One Universal Force*, many view as *Almighty*.

It’s in this awareness that I sense the presence of an #EverPresent, #MysteriousCreativeForce—a force billions recognize by many names, yet which remains the same *underlying essence* in all things: living and non-living, visible and invisible, within us and beyond us.”
